At Velasca, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Italian craftsmanship; if your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and the dust bag are included to maintain the integrity of the item.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once our artisans inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
